WATCH: Kimmel trolls Trump over conspiracy retweet with 3rd-grader explaining ‘fake news’

Late night host Jimmy Kimmel ridiculed President Donald Trump on Wednesday night for retweeting a fan’s post on accuser Stormy Daniels claim that she was attacked by an associate of his, calling it a “con job,” when it turns out the fan has a history of running con jobs of her own.

The ABC host shared Trump’s early morning tweet that read, “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!”

“Turns out this meme came from a supporter of his in Scotland, Shenna Fox, she’s a fanatical Trump fan,” Kimmel explained. “Believe it or not she is actually guilty of a con job herself. Last year she was convicted of stealing money from her church choir to pay for a trip to meet Trump in New York. And this is who he’s retweeting, someone he should probably have a restraining order against.”

“Even the idea that Trump is scrolling — the president is scrolling through Twitter looking for things to retweet is nuts. It is absolutely nuts!” the host added. “Reportedly his advisers tried to convince him that he would only make things worse if he addressed this on Twitter. But you know that’s like telling a 4-year-old with a squirt gun not to shoot you with it. You’re going to get wet.”

Kimmel then explained that Trump was in need of some schooling on what really is fake news, so he invited “local third-grader named Noah to break it down with him.”

Roger Stone Calls Barbara Bush A ‘Nasty Drunk’ On News Of Her Death

Trump political consigliere Roger Stone unloaded on Barbara Bush in an Instagram post on Tuesday evening just hours after her death. There, Stone wrote that the former first lady was a “nasty drunk” and posted a quote from him suggesting that if you lit her body on fire it would “burn for three days.”

“Barbara Bush was a nasty drunk. When it came to drinking she made Betty Ford look like Carrie Nation #blottoBabs,” said Stone. “Barbara Bush drank so much booze, if they cremated her … her body would burn for three days.”

The former first lady died last night after several years in failing health. She was 92.

“She said far worse things about me,” Stone told TheWrap. “Barbara Bush was a vindictive, entitled, mean spirited woman. May she rest in peace.”

Stone was banned from Twitter last year over a series of expletive-ridden tweets aimed at a number of media personalities. He has increasingly moved his most fiery content to Instagram, where he remains in good standing — for now.

The self-described political “dirty trickster” has long been a ferocious critic of the Bush family and even dedicated a full-length book documenting their misdeeds in 2016. “Jeb! and the Bush Crime Family: The Inside Story of an American Dynasty,” — came out just days before Donald Trump was elected president.

“This book is very tough,” reads an editorial review of the work on Amazon from Donald Trump.

Stone has been associated with the real estate magnate for decades and was one of the earliest boosters in Trump’s unlikely rise to the White House in 2016.

Stone’s tough rebuke of Barbara Bush is contrary to the prevailing sentiments that have overflowed on social media and beyond after her death Tuesday evening, with most choosing to remember the former first lady more fondly.

Trump’s Bigotry Gets Boos During Latest Speech (VIDEO)

Image result for Trump gets boos at speech

US President Donald Trump has once again gotten himself into hot water over racist comments he has made, and this time he was much more blatant than usual.

At a rally in Hialeah, Florida, just an hour from his so-called “Winter White House” at Mar-a-Lago, Trump blurted out the racist idiocy:

“Hispanics! Are there are any Hispanics in the room? No. I doubt it.”

It didn’t sound even a tiny bit out of place at a Donald Trump rally. The crowd was overjoyed at the opportunity to boo “Hispanics” and cheer for their hero.

Trump obviously feels that he can say whatever he wants when he wants. His off-the-chain antics are indicative of someone who feels that they cannot be contained. The amateur president revels in his notoriety and spends as much time as possible rubbing it in the face of his opponents who are much more contained.

Trump is no stranger to racism — his whole campaign was a thinly veiled call to the Alt-Right and racists around the country, who he used to get him into the White House on a wave of ultra-nationalism and palpable levels of a racist undercurrent that while he didn’t speak it himself, he certainly didn’t distance himself from. This attack will no doubt once again endear the loudmouth president to his precious “base” and make them love him more than ever.

The mindless sycophants that prop Trump up will love this racist crap — it is the reason that he does it. America still has a too-easy relationship with racism, which is alive and well, and thriving in the era of Trump. In the South, there have even been talks of re-segregating schools. And who can forget the events of Charlottesville? All of this has drawn almost no condemnation whatsoever from the most divisive president in US history. Surely we cannot expect anything to change — with the rest of the world turned against him, Trump needs his base more than ever.

For over a year now America has had to put up with a closet racist for a president. At least he’s being honest about his disgusting bigotry now.

Melania Trumps Treatment Of Donald Behind Closed Doors

MELANIA TRUMP, the wife of Donald Trump, prefers to treat her husband to silence rather than argue in a more conventional way, according to an insider. The First Lady is said to “rarely express anger”.

melania trump donald news age latest james comey

Melania Trump, 47, who is married to US President Donald Trump, 71, has had a fair amount to deal with in her marriage recently.

Last night, former FBI chief James Comey conducted an interview with US channel ABC News calling Donald “morally unfit” for his important political role.

Last month, porn star Stormy Daniels, 39, alleged in a CBS 60 Minutes interview she once had an affair with the president in the early years of his marriage to Melania.

However, an inside source has revealed that Melania is not one for loud, shouting matches with her husband.

“Melania and Donald really don’t fight — at least, not like other married couple,” said an insider source said to be close to Donald.

She rarely raises her voice or expresses anger, and certainly not to her husband.

“If Melania is angry or upset about something she tends to internalise it, and she will just be icy silent towards whoever she’s at odds with,” the source told US publication HollywoodLife.com.

The source also revealed Melania’s response to Donald’s tweets which – apparently unlike Melania’s silence – are known to be aggressive and confrontational.

The source said: “When it comes to Donald’s tweets, she very much has the attitude of ‘boys will be boys’.

“She doesn’t see anything wrong with Donald reacting the way he does.

melania trump donald news age latest james comey

As far as Melania is concerned, it’s a sign of Donald’s strength when he’s in attacking mode, and it’s essential for him, especially as President.”

The insider interview follows James Comey’s disparaging comments about the US President last night.

James told ABC News: “I don’t buy this stuff about him being mentally incompetent or early stages of dementia.

“I don’t think he’s medically unfit to be president. I think he’s morally unfit to be president.

“Our president must embody respect and adhere to the values that are at the core of this country. The most important being truth. This president is not able to do that.”

Later in the interview, James called Donald “a person who talks about and treats women like they’re pieces of meat.”

Melania hasn’t always avoided confrontation, it seems. Last week, it was revealed Melania broke up with Donald months into their relationship.

Amid these claims, a former butler of Donald, who worked for him at his holiday home in Mar-a-Lago, has claimed Melania once broke up with her now husband – decades before the current Stormy Daniels case.

According to the account, Melania called their relationship off after “a few months” because she saw Donald’s ex girlfriend, Kara Young, an American model, leave his apartment.

Kara and Melania, with their dark hair, chiselled facial features and slender model figures, bear a close resemblance to one another.

Federal Prosecutors Just Delivered Terrible News For Trump On Cohen’s Raid

The FBI’s raid on Michael Cohen’s office is a red flag for President Trump and suggests that Robert Mueller has compiled significant evidence of criminal activity by the president’s longtime personal lawyer, U.S. attorneys say, according to The Hill.

The legal experts say the raid was significant because the scope of the search indicates prosecutors suspected Cohen possessed a trove of evidence pointing to illegal activity that he would not have turned over to law enforcement voluntarily.

Cohen is suspected of possible bank fraud and campaign finance violations related, at least in part, to his payment of $130,000 to adult-film star Stormy Daniels two weeks before the 2016 presidential election. Daniels claims to have had an affair with Trump in 2006.

The president’s legal team argued to a federal judge in Manhattan Friday that the documents taken by the FBI are protected by attorney-client privilege.

But former federal prosecutors say the office of the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, which supervised the raid, could not have undertaken such a drastic action without extensive juridical review and compelling evidence as justification.

Raids on attorneys’ offices are rare and must follow strict guidelines set by the Department of Justice’s manual for U.S. attorneys.

Not only are there strict guidelines within the Department of Justice, but any judge who approves such a search is likely to demand a higher standard of justification.

Prosecutors in the case brought the search warrant to what they call “main Justice” in Washington for sign-off because Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, which oversaw the search of Cohen’s office, recused himself from the case. Berman, who was appointed to the post in January, had donated to Trump’s campaign.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the most senior official at the Justice Department who is also overseeing special counsel Robert Mueller and the Russia investigation, is reportedly signed off on the warrant request.

Federal prosecutors say Justice officials wouldn’t have gone forward with the raid on Cohen without solid evidence, given the political firestorm it was certain to create.

From The Hill:

Matthew Orwig, who was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Texas, said the U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York would not have proceeded with the raid without strong evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

“For a lawyer’s office, they would be particularly vigilant to make sure they had justifiable reason for doing that,” he said.

He said the standard would be even higher for the personal attorney of the president of the United States.

“It’s a very, very high standard,” he said.

Orwig says he remembers only a few times during his 15-year career as a prosecutor when his team felt compelled to gain a search warrant of a fellow attorney’s office.

He said Mueller’s legal team would likely not have referred the matter to the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York unless they strongly suspected Cohen of criminal wrongdoing.

The FBI’s decision to search Cohen’s office in Rockefeller Center as well as the Park Avenue hotel room where he was living indicates they suspected a wide array of incriminating documents spread in various locations, prosecutors say.

“The fact that they were able to go into his home and his office and all of these areas, tells me there was probably quite a bit in that probable cause statement,” said Tolman, the former U.S. attorney for the District of Utah.

“Apparently Michael Cohen did a whole lot of stuff for Donald Trump that had nothing to do with being a lawyer,” said Caroline Fredrickson, president of the American Constitution Society, a progressive legal advocacy group.

She said Cohen was reportedly involved of a number of deals for Trump that “didn’t involve giving legal counsel,” citing his pursuit of business deals in Russia.

“There’s no reason that kind of work or conversations about that with Donald Trump would be protected or be covered any kind of attorney-client privilege.”

Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro… ‘SNL’ to take aim at Trump’s lawyer

“I’m Donald Trump’s lawyer. I got a whole hard drive that’s just labeled ‘Yikes,'” Stiller, playing Trump’s attorney, joked on the show.

“Saturday Night Live” reunited “Meet the Parents” co-stars Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro this weekend for a sketch that poked fun at the legal drama around President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen.

The episode opened with Attorney General Jeff Sessions (Kate McKinnon) and Vice President Mike Pence (Beck Bennett) reminiscing about yet another wild week in Washington. That’s when Cohen (Stiller) stormed in and blasted this week’s real-life FBI raid on his office as a “complete violation of attorney-criminal privilege.”

“I’m Donald Trump’s lawyer. I got a whole hard drive that’s just labeled ‘Yikes,'” Stiller’s Cohen said in a thick New York accent.

McKinnon’s Sessions and Bennett’s Pence sent him off to be grilled by special counsel Robert Mueller (De Niro), and the sketch quickly turned into a full-on recreation of the famous lie detector scene in “Meet the Parents.”

De Niro, star of the upcoming gangster saga “The Irishman,” even got a chance to paraphrase one of his signature comedic lines: “I have nipples, Mr. Cohen. Can you milk me?”

“SNL” took another shot at Cohen during “Weekend Update” when co-anchor Michael Che quipped: “FBI raids are like when your girl goes through your phone. She’s only doing it to confirm whatever she already knows.”

This week’s episode was hosted by stand-up comedian John Mulaney, a former writer on “SNL” making his hosting debut. The musical guest was Jack White.

Michael Cohen Announces He Will Flip on Trump…45 Is In Deep Sh*t

Whenever someone stops working for Donald Trump, it’s more than likely that they’re going to turn on him. Several of Trump’s former employees have leaked secret information about the president and his insane administration voluntarily, and haven’t been shy about trashing the undeserving POTUS. But when Special Counsel Robert Mueller is involved and Trump has employees that are under the microscope in the investigations, Trump’s minions are being forced to choose between protecting themselves or Trump — and many are going to completely abandon the president.

Trump’s long-time personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, might have done anything for his client — until now. Cohen recently came under scrutiny for the shadiness surrounding the $130K he gave to Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about her affair with Trump — which led to an FBI raid of the lawyer’s office. Now Cohen is terrified, as this also had implications in Trump’s Russia scandal. Will Cohen become the next in line, following former Trump staffers Michael Flynn and Rick Gates, to cut a deal with Mueller? Signs point to yes.

Recently, CNN’s Don Lemon interviewed Cohen and asked if the lawyer was worried. Cohen pretty much signaled a breakdown and suggested that he just wanted the whole thing to be over with. Cohen, implying that he might give up Trump to make his life easier, said:

“I would be lying to you if I told you that I am not. Do I need this in my life? No. Do I want to be involved in this? No.”

Much like Trump himself, no one connected to the president is good under stress. Now that his office has been raided by the FBI, Cohen’s loyalty to Trump will really be put to the test — and already, it’s wearing thin. Mueller knows that even with Cohen being unable to disclose everything due to his attorney-client privilege with Trump, he can still get a lot out of Cohen if he puts enough pressure on him. Just judging from Cohen’s recent comments, Mueller probably won’t have to try very hard.

Donald Trump and his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, are already losing their sh*t, but it’s about to get so, SO much worse for these two.

Cohen is currently in the worst position of his career, with his loyalty to longtime client Trump being tested now that he’s under scrutiny for his involvement in Trump’s affair with adult film star Stormy Daniels, and possibly the Trump campaign fiasco with Russia. Special Counsel Robert Mueller has his eye on Cohen, and just a few days ago Cohen’s offices were raided by the FBI. But according to a new New York Times report, things are just getting started.

While the FBI raid of Cohen’s offices was centered around the $130,000 in hush money Cohen gave to Daniels to keep her quiet about the affair with Trump, the New York Times says the FBI is digging much deeper. The FBI was looking for several things, one of which is the infamous Access Hollywood tape in which Trump admits to and brags about grabbing women “by the p*ssy.”

Image result for access hollywood tape

This is something no one expected, and the fact that prosecutors are looking into the old tape — and looking through Cohen’s files to gather info — signals that this investigation (and Cohen’s involvement) is much bigger than we know. Trump himself may not even be aware of how deep the pile of sh*t he’s in is.

The FBI was also looking into payments Cohen may have made to women besides Daniels and Karen McDougal, another one of Trump’s many sex scandals. And on top of that, Cohen is being investigated for possibly violating campaign finance laws and bank fraud. And this is probably just the beginning!

Every time we think it couldn’t possibly get any worse for Trump and his lawyer, sh*t hits the fan. It’s only a matter of time before this whole thing blows up in their faces.

Trump Is In Deep Sh*t!!!!

Donald Trump and his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, are already losing their sh*t, but it’s about to get so, SO much worse for these two.

Senator Warns Cohen Raid Will be The End Of Trump’s Presidency

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) described the FBI raid of attorney Michael Cohen’s home and office in apocalyptic terms for President Donald Trump.

The Connecticut Democrat told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that the execution of a search warrant at Trump’s longtime personal attorney would send shockwaves through the White House — and rain destruction over the rest of his presidency.

“It’s like a nuclear strike with multiple warheads,” Blumenthal said.

He said the search was an extraordinarily unusual move, and was approved on multiple levels by Trump appointees.

“A raid on a lawyer’s office is an extraordinary event, for a prosecutor, as I was, to contemplate is just a remarkable act of audacity when the lawyer is the sitting president’s lawyer,” Blumenthal said. “He has the keys to the kingdom, he knows all the secrets about Donald Trump — and if he were to cooperate it would be indeed a transformative event, so the raid is seismic.”

He said the warrant required a higher standard than probable cause to be granted by a court.

“The FBI and the U.S. Attorney has to convince the Department of Justice that they are going to come away with significant evidence of a crime,” Blumenthal said.

Blumenthal explained that Cohen could hold evidence of a variety of potential crimes related to special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Trump campaign ties to Russia.

“I think Cohen has been involved in Trump’s relationship to Russia, his negotiations for the hotel that he wanted to build there, the dealings with Ukrainians have been within Cohen’s purview, but my hunch is that it relates much more to obstruction of justice, perhaps wire fraud or bank fraud or money laundering,” he said. “All of those potential crimes involve Donald Trump.”

Alec Baldwin’s Donald Trump admits he doesn’t care about America in SNL cold open

As has become tradition this season on Saturday Night Live, the NBC variety show kicked things off by getting in some digs in at President Donald Trump. Leslie Jones introduced the segment as the host of the Fox News show Outnumbered (“which is also how I feel at this network,” she says). After giving a brief Fox News Alert (“Mexicans!”), Jones switched over to covering an international press conference.

Alec Baldwin returned to reprise his role as the commander-in-chief, this time appearing alongside the leaders of Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia. Trump opened the presser reading a statement, which started with a note to himself: “Do not congratulate Putin,” referring to the Russian president’s recent re-election (it was the topic of the previous episode’s cold open where John Goodman’s Rex Tillerson shouted “I’ll give you a hint: Putin won!”).

But, Trump couldn’t help himself. Once he got through the statement, Trump started riffing at will, beginning with wishing Putin a “fantastic job” on his re-election.

After a brief thank-you from the president of Lithuania (Kate McKinnon), reporters were allowed to ask questions, much to Trump’s chagrin. All three of them touched on recent real-life Trump news stories: Cecily Strong asked about the nature of the president’s non-disclosure argument with porn star Stormy Daniels, which Baldwin deflected by throwing it to the President of Latvia — “Borat, you wanna take this one?” The Baltic leader responded with a phrase in his own language which translated to, “This man is lying.”

After taking questions from Aidy Bryant about Trump’s recent attacks on Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos (“He’s richer than me” and “he actually admits to being bald,” Trumps says) and about sending the National Guard to the Mexican border (there are “caravans full of immigrants” barreling across the desert with “freaky albino dudes shimmying around skinny little poles,” he says, which, it’s pointed out, is a description of Mad Max: Fury Road, or “Mad Maxicans,” as he put it), Trump finally lays it out on the table: “I’m the only one to say this: I don’t care about America. This whole presidency is a four-year cash grab, and admitting that will probably get me four more years.”
