These are Sean Hannity and
Fox News Biggest Advertisers…
Sean Hannity is functioning as a propagandist in order to advance a political agenda in support of Donald Trump. To this end, he peddles disinformation and aggressively promotes discreditedconspiracies.
Given the intensity of his promotion of Trump’s political interests as well as his reported clandestine collaborations, companies that sponsor Hannity’s show are essentially supporting financially a partisan operation. 21st Century Fox (Fox News’ parent company) has yet to hold Hannity accountable for his extremism, deceit, and reckless conspiracy peddling.

Fox News’ top advertiser helps you lose weight. CNN’s top advertiser wants to help you treat psoriasis. And MSNBC’s No. 1 wants to make you smile more.
According to Alphonso, a research firm that tracks TV audience to help brands better target their customers, there is very little crossover among cable news advertisers–much like there is little crossover among cable news audiences. There is a commonality, however, on the sectors that advertise.
“While most would think brands regard CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News audiences differently, it is clear that all three attract consumers that are looking for improvements, and pharma and wellness marketers are buying ad space across all three,” Alphonso’s svp of research T.S. Kelly told TVNewser.
Among the brands that are Top 10 advertisers on more than one network: Nutrisystem and GEICO spend on both Fox News and CNN; Smile Direct Club spend on both CNN and MSNBC; Sleep Number spends on both Fox News and MSNBC; Otezla is a big spender on all three.
“On the other side of the coin, month after month we see patterns surface where some marketers make very selective choices, emphasizing one cable news outlet or show over others,” said Kelly, adding, “auto brands particularly seem to set their sights on a specific fan base.”
Top 10 Brands on Fox News (Feb. 2018)
Jenny Craig $806K
Sleep Number $655K
South Beach Diet $574K
Smile Direct Club $563K
Liberty Mutual $488K
President Donald Trump just went on another Twitter tirade, this time saying that the law was a “whole big wasted procedure.”
The president was referring to the current laws on the books concerning immigration statuses which do not simply permit agents to kick people out of the country by rounding them up in vans, or some other unethical means.
The laws were made with a purpose – to ensure that a reasonable and fair process was followed.
Here was what the President tweeted:
“As ridiculous as it sounds, the laws of our country do not easily allow us to send those crossing our Southern Border back where they came from. A whole big wasted procedure must take place. Mexico and Canada have tough immigration laws, whereas ours are an Obama joke. ACT Congress.”
Earlier in the day, it was reported that Trump’s administration is now requiring immigration judges around the country to pick up their speed in the courtroom, so they could deport people faster.
Basically, judges now have quotas. Think about that for a second.
The Justice Department will use the new quotas to further evaluate the job performance of the judges, which is pretty much unheard of in American history.
Trump hopes that by instituting these and other changes in the law that he will be better able to effectively deal with the “immigration problem” he says the country has.
On Easter Sunday, he blamed the Democrats (again) for not being able to get a deal on DACA, even though he was the one who dismantled the program in the first place.
“If they’re not going to help us at the border, it’s a very sad thing. Mexico has got help us at the border. And a lot of people are coming in because they want to take advantage of DACA. And we’re going to have to really see,” the president said.
“They had a great chance, the Democrats blew it,” he added. “They had a great, great chance. But we’ll have to take a look. But Mexico has got to help us at the border. They flow right through Mexico. They send them into the United States. Can’t happen that way anymore.”
After Melania Trump saw Donald Trump’s ex girlfriend Kara Young leaving his Trump Tower apartment, she called off their relationship, according to new book titled The Trump White House: Changing the Rules of the Game written by Ronald Kessler.
“This was within a few months of their meeting, which was in September 1998, and Melania was going to go with him to Mar-a-Lago on his plane and she went up to the apartment at Trump Towers and out walked Kara Young, the model, who had been dating Donald previously for almost 2 years,” Kessler explained to Us Weekly on Thursday, April 5. “And Melania broke up with him on the spot.”
“She didn’t care about the billions of dollars or the beautiful Mar-a-Lago or the beautiful apartment,” Kessler continued. “She just broke up with him and she ordered her clothes to be sent back from Mar-a-Lago, she called the butler Tony Senecal, and told him to send the clothes back. Within a week, Donald woo-ed her back, and sure enough she sent her clothes back to Mar-a-Lago, but that gives you a little insight into her character and of course Donald was impressed by that as well.”
Despite the alleged split, Melania and Donald wed in January 2005. They welcomed son Barron, now 12, in March 2006.
This is not the first time that the president has been accused of sketchy behavior during his relationship with Melania. As previously reported, porn star Stormy Daniels insisted that she had an affair with Donald in 2006, around the same time the pair welcomed Barron.
The White House has previously denied the alleged affair between Donald and Daniels.
Washington Post’s revelation that President Trump is not the “subject” of criminal investigation, special prosecutor Robert Mueller’s strategy for completing his probe is coming into view.
Mueller has pinned down Trump with two grand juries, issuing a wide net of indictments on diverse charges that have kept the president off-balance. The sentencing of Alex van der Zwaan, a Dutch lawyer working for indicted Trump aide Rick Gates, underscored a message for the president: those who lie to investigators face swift consequences.
What has seemed like an interminable inquiry now looks like it will terminate in a one-two punch: an interview with Trump followed by a report on the question of obstruction of justice.
All of this may well happen before the 2018 midterm elections.
Subject to Change
The president’s defenders can take solace in the studiously telegraphed message of the Post’s article: that Trump is not the “target” of investigation. In law enforcement terms, a subject is a person who has engaged in conduct that is under investigation, but there is not sufficient evidence to bring charges.
Substantively, this is not a huge new development. The Post reported last June that Mueller was investigating Trump for possible obstruction of justice. What’s new is how Mueller plans to finish the job.
What Mueller is saying, via the Post, is that he does not have sufficient evidence to charge the president with wrongdoing. Through deft use of leaks—and we can be sure Mueller is not unhappy about the Post story—Mueller is sending the message that he wants to talk to the president, sooner rather than later.
Some of the president’s advisers intuit Mueller’s endgame, according to the Post. They “noted that subjects of investigations can easily become indicted targets—and expressed concern that the special prosecutor was baiting Trump into an interview that could put the president in legal peril.”
That is exactly what Mueller is doing.
With the president’s legal team in turmoil, Trump is already in peril. His attorney John Dowd, a heavy-hitter from Wall Street, resigned last month after Trump rejected his advice to refuse Mueller’s request for an interview.
As Mueller closes in, Trump is poorly equipped to fight back.
He can’t find a replacement for Dowd. In normal circumstances, the most famous and capable conservative lawyers in Washington would welcome the chance to represent a Republican president. Ted Olson was the lead attorney in the Bush v. Gore case, which decided the 2000 election. Brendan Sullivan was attorney for right-wing hero Oliver North during the Iran-contra scandal. Both men declined to join Trump’s team.
Trump then hired hatchet man Joseph diGenova, a former U.S. attorney whose TV talking-head skills exceed his courtroom reputation. DiGenova lasted only a few days and was relieved, apparently for reasons of “chemistry.”
Mueller is also letting the public know that his investigation is beginning to end, at least on the question of obstruction of justice.
From the Post:
Mueller’s investigators have indicated to the president’s legal team that they are considering writing reports on their findings in stages—with the first report focused on the obstruction issue, according to two people briefed on the discussions.
“They’ve said they want to write a report on this—to answer the public’s questions—and they need the president’s interview as the last step,” one person familiar with the discussions said of Mueller’s team.
If the president refuses to be interviewed, Mueller’s team can start writing their report. If Trump agrees to sit down with Mueller, the report will have to wait a little longer. Either way, Mueller’s report on the obstruction of justice question seems likely to be finished well before the November midterm elections.
Mueller then has to submit his findings to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who supervises the special prosecutor because Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself. It is Rosenstein, not Mueller, who must decide if Mueller’s findings should be made public.
It is not hard to figure what Rosenstein will do. He is a career Justice Department attorney and a civil servant, like Mueller. He appointed Mueller last May. In December, he deflected demands for Mueller’s head. And—another timely disclosure by Mueller’s office this week—Rosenstein authorized Mueller’s investigation of Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.
All in all, it’s bad news for the White House. Mueller’s clock is running out and Team Trump is in disarray.
President Donald Trump is once again going off on Twitter, attacking several news outlets, including his usual favorite target, CNN. On Tuesday morning, President Trump said that being an anti-Trumper was a prerequisite to working for CNN. He also noted that the news network should “clean up” and get back to honest reporting.
Check out the fact that you can’t get a job at ratings challenged @CNN unless you state that you are totally anti-Trump? Little Jeff Zuker, whose job is in jeopardy, is not having much fun lately. They should clean up and strengthen CNN and get back to honest reporting!

CNN Responds to Trump’s Taunting
CNN fired back at the president with a fact check. The network said that the political beliefs of its hires are of no interest to CNN. The pursuit of truth is their “only concern.” CNN also hit Trump’s spelling skills – or lack thereof.
Once again, false. The personal political beliefs of CNN's employees are of no interest to us. Their pursuit of the truth is our only concern. Also, Jeff's last name is spelled Z-U-C-K-E-R. Those are the facts. #FactsFirst🍎

Trump’s Neverending Attacks On Media
This is the second consecutive day that Trump has attacked the media. These attacks stem from Sinclair Broadcast Group being publicly lambasted after a viral video showed their news anchors delivering an on-air monologue denouncing “the troubling trend of irresponsible, one-sided news stories plaguing our country” — even though Sinclair is a notoriously biased news organization positioned to coddle President Trump. The president of Sinclair has defended the network, saying that to the “Fake News Networks, those that knowingly have a sick and biased AGENDA, are worried about the competition and quality of Sinclair Broadcast.”
Trump has also gone out of his way to defend Sinclair, saying that it was “funny to watch” other news networks criticize Sinclair for being biased. He ended his complaints by saying that Sinclair was “far superior to CNN and even more Fake NBC, which is a total joke.”
CNN and Trump have had a tumultuous relationship throughout his tenure as president. Back in July 2017, Trump retweeted a video of himself as pro wrestler wrestling a CNN logo. The incident was taken as a direct attack to CNN, with the news network saying that the tweet encouraged violence against reporters, and signified “juvenile behavior far below the dignity of his office.”
Jimmy Kimmel took a very brief break from making fun of Donald Trump on his show Monday night, instead opting to take aim at his wife, Melania — for a moment, anyway.
I call the break brief because Kimmel sandwiched the Melania part with jokes about Donald, and even included a few bonus shots in the middle. But Melania did get her moment during Kimmel’s monologue.
“Today, on the day after Easter, they had the 140th annual Easter Egg Roll. This has been going on since 1878 when Rutherford B. Hayes was president. This year was different, though. Trump heard ‘egg roll’ and promised to make the Chinese pay for it. He blew the whistle, and it was a fun day for the president — he got to eat chocolate. He even met a nice kid named Barron who he really liked. ” Kimmel said, slipping in a joke about Trump being a bad father who neglects his youngest son.
“This event is officially hosted by the first lady every year — in this case, Melania Trump is the first lady, who joined the president on the balcony to get things going.”
Kimmel then cued a clip of Donald Trump giving Melania credit for the “incredible job” she did putting the festivities together.
“Not a chance she did one thing to help set that up,” Kimmel joked. “The only thing she’s been working on is an escape tunnel.”
As promised, Kimmel then went back to Donald, using an altered version of Donald Trump’s speech from the event in which a woman wearing a nightie walked out behind the Trumps, shocked to discover it was not just a normal morning after a sleepover in Donald Trump’s bedroom.
“No White House Easter celebration would be complete without story time from our first lady,” Kimmel said, transitioning to a bit about Melania reading a children’s book to the kids who had come to the event for the annual egg hunt.
“Never stop exploring, because life would be boring. Be clever and curious, just like a cat. Ask lots of questions about this and that,” Melania read, with Kimmel taking particular interest in her pronunciation of “this and that,” which came out like “dees and dat.”
“About dees and dat. Guillermo, you realize what this means?” Kimmel said, addressing his sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez. “You could be first lady of the United States.
After another clip of Melania reading the book, he transitioned back to making fun of Donald.
“The president officially declared the month of April to be National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. At this point he’s just messing with us, right? He might as well declare it National Bankrupt Casino Awareness Month,” Kimmel joked, referencing….well, you get the joke.
New York Magazine took a dig at President Donald Trump by depicting him as a pig in their latest issue published on April 2.
The photo on the cover of the magazine depicted a close up of POTUS with his nose replaced with a pig’s snout. The caption splashed across the issue read: “Not Collusion… Not Incompetence… Not Cruelty… It’s the Corruption, Stupid. Why His Self-Dealing is His Biggest Political Liability.”
The photo got people on social media buzzing. While liberals had a field day drawing up memes to celebrate the tone the cover article took, conservatives were outraged at the magazine for depicting the president in a degrading light.
Here are a few reactions from Twitter users:

In the cover story, Jonathan Chait, a writer for NY Magazine listed corruption as Trump’s biggest folly and the biggest weapon his opponents can use to defeat him in the next election cycle, News.com.au reported.
“Since Trump took office, his pledge to ignore his own interests has been almost forgotten, lost in a disorienting hurricane of endless news,” Chait wrote. “It is not just a morbid joke but a legitimate problem for the opposition that all the bad news about Trump keeps getting obscured by other bad news about Trump.”
Chait dug deeper into the controversial decisions Trump has made since he took office, including the fact that he handed out important administrative positions to his family members and the kind of staff he hired to serve on his cabinet.
“Not only has Trump made no effort to raise ethical standards but he and his administration have flamboyantly violated the existing guidelines,” Chait wrote. “Lobbyists are seeded in every agency, ‘regulating’ their former employers and designing rules that favour bosses over employees and business owners over consumers.”
“The sheer breadth of direct self-enrichment Trump has unleashed in office defies the most cynical predictions,” he added.
Next, the article criticized trump for choosing not to disclose his tax returns, which according to Chait, indicated the president had something to hide.
“Trump’s Cabinet members and other senior officials have been living in style at taxpayer expense, indulging in lavish travel for personal reasons (including a trip to Fort Knox to witness the solar eclipse) and designing their offices with $31,000 dining sets and $139,000 doors,” Chait wrote.
The New York Magazine issue comes at a crucial point, with the midterm elections months away. The elections will give the Democrats a crucial shot at winning back control of one of the houses,
“If Democrats win control of a chamber of Congress and thus the ability to hold hearings, they should investigate whatever co-ordination yielded this nexus of self-interest,” Chait wrote.
“Trump was never looking to blow up the system. He was simply casing the joint,” he added.
Donald Trump started his Easter morning by calling off any future plan to keep DREAMers in the United States.
On Sunday morning, President Donald Trump took to #Twitter to post his #Easter message but it quickly became a rant about his border wall and#Daca. Within minutes, critics of the president made sure to hit back with a few thoughts of their own.
Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because of ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws like Catch & Release. Getting more dangerous. “Caravans” coming. Republicans must go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws NOW. NO MORE DACA DEAL!

Trump on Easter
For the second time as President of the United States, Donald Trump is celebrating Easter Sunday. After arriving as his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida on Thursday, the president spent the weekend with his family before planning to head back to the White House. While Trump has been known to use social media to criticize his political opponents and so-called “fake news” outlets, the commander in chief has also used the platform to post holiday greetings, though appeared to go off course this year.
In a series of tweets on April 1, Donald Trump tweeted and wished the American people a Happy Easter, before going off on a multi-tweet meltdown about the future of the DACA program. “Happy Easter,” Trump tweet first. “Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because of ridiculous liberal laws like Catch and Release,” Trump wrote. “Getting more dangerous. ‘Caravans’ coming. Republicans must go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws NOW,” he wrote, while announcing in all caps “NO MORE DACA DEAL!”
Mexico is doing very little, if not NOTHING, at stopping people from flowing into Mexico through their Southern Border, and then into the U.S. They laugh at our dumb immigration laws. They must stop the big drug and people flows, or I will stop their cash cow, NAFTA. NEED WALL!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 1, 2018
Not stopping there, the former host of “The Apprentice” then sent two more tweets about immigration. “Mexico is doing very little, if not NOTHING, at stopping people from flowing into Mexico through their Southern Border, and then into the U.S.” Donald Trump noted.
“They laugh at our dumb immigration laws,” he tweeted, while stating, “They must stop the big drug and people flows, or I will stop their cash cow, NAFTA. NEED WALL!”
Not long after Donald Trump tweeted his immigration rant on Easter, those who oppose the current administration wasted no time responding back. “Really? On Easter?” one tweet read.

— American Values (@TruthJustis4USA) April 1, 2018
“Jesus loves you, but doesn’t forgive your treason,” a Twitter user wrote. “Are you fuc*ing serious? Can you act or even try to sound presidential for one day?” another tweet added. “I think we’ve finally identified that 400# man tweeting in his bed,” an additional tweet sarcastically wrote.

“I’m sure your religious supporters appreciate this Easter themed tweet,” a social media user wrote with mockery. “This ‘call out’ about the wall is simply a ruse to get your Trumpettes agitated so that you can change congressional process to limit our democracy (nuclear option) Putin’s Puppet will not stop dismantling our democratic process until we stop him,” yet another tweet stated.
Melania Trump has escaped to her family’s estate in Florida as pressure mounts on the First Lady to dump her husband over the affair saga gripping the White House.
With fresh details spilling into the headlines daily about how President Donald Trump allegedly cheated on Melania early in their marriage, the former model spent the the past week away from the spotlight at the family’s estate in Palm Beach with their 12-year-old son, Barron.
But even then, there was no perfect refuge from the attention to recent legal activity related to the president’s past conduct with women.
On Mrs Trump’s first full day away, when the president also was at their Mar-a-Lago estate, Mr Trump had dinner not with her but with attorney Michael Cohen — who paid porn actress Stormy Daniels $130,000 in 2016 to keep her from going public with her story of a 2006 tryst with Trump.
The Trumps did dine together on Thursday night after the president returned to Florida, with boxing promoter Don King stopping by to chat.
Some say the First Lady should exit her 13-year union with Mr Trump, much like Hillary Clinton was urged to do after Bill Clinton’s affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky became public in the late 1990s.
“Melania should do for this generation of girls what Hillary Clinton did not do for mine and leave her jerk of a husband,” conservative commentator S.E. Cupp wrote in an opinion piece that recently was splashed across the front page of the New York Daily News — one of Trump’s hometown newspapers — with the headline “Dump Trump!”
President Donald Trump seemed to again play favorites with his children during an infrastructure talk in Ohio Thursday as he appeared with both Ivanka Trump and Tiffany Trump in a rare public event with both of his daughters. “Speaking of a job well done, we have two of my daughters here today: Ivanka, who is working hard on infrastructure! Ivanka … and Tiffany!” President Trump said.
It is unclear whether the president intentionally or accidentally played up the contributions his older daughter has made while barely mentioning his youngest daughter. Ivanka Trump, 36, works directly for her father as a senior White House adviser, while Tiffany Trump, 24, studies at Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C.
It’s not the first time the president has seemingly expressed favoritism about his two daughters. In a 2004 interview in New York Magazine, Donald Trump spoke proudly of Ivanka Trump’s accomplishments, called her “a great, great beauty,” and said that “every guy in the country wants to go out with my daughter.”
Asked if there was favorite-playing, Donald Trump said, “Come on! Daddy’s little girl!” and suddenly remembered his younger daughter, according to the magazine. “You know I have another daughter, with Marla, named Tiffany?” he said. “She’s just a beautiful great kid also. But it’s very separate. When you have separate wives, it’s sort of . . . separate.”
On Election Day 2016, on a call-in to Fox & Friends, Trump again sounded less gushing about his younger daughter. “I’m very proud ’cause Don and Eric and Ivanka and, you know, to a lesser extent ’cause she just got out of school, out of college, but, uh, Tiffany, who’s also been so terrific,” he said.
With a 12-year age gap, the Trump daughters are in different places in their lives. Ivanka Trump has three children with Jared Kushner and often posts family photos on social media, while Tiffany Trump’s Instagram features a handful of photos from nights out.
Despite the perception she is the less-favored daughter, Tiffany Trump hasn’t expressed any jealously publicly. She has posted photos with Ivanka Trump on her Instagram, including one from May 2017 captioned, “I’m so proud of my big sister @IvankaTrump on the launch of her #WomenWhoWorkBook!”
The president, who has had three wives, also has three sons.
